How to Take Care of Eyes?

Here are a few tips for taking care of your eyes

Have regular eye exams: This is important for maintaining good eye health and catching any potential issues early.

Wear protective eyewear: If you participate in activities that put your eyes at risk, such as sports or working with tools, be sure to wear protective eyewear.

Eat a healthy diet: Eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can help protect your eyes.

Maintain a healthy weight: Being overweight or obese can increase your risk of developing eye problems.

Don’t smoke: Smoking can increase your risk of developing eye problems, such as cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

Limit screen time: Try to take breaks every 20 minutes when working on a computer or watching TV, and avoid screens for two hours before bed.

Get enough sleep: Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night to help keep your eyes healthy.

Keep your eyes clean and moisturized: Clean your eyelids and lashes daily, and use artificial tears to keep your eyes lubricated if you spend a lot of time in front of a screen or in dry environments.
